Jewish institutional organizations and funders have placed an enormous degree of interest in capturing the engagement of Jews currently in their twenties and early thirties. In the interest of bringing millennials into the Jewish community, millennials themselves are often not given the opportunity to frame their own discussions. This session provides Jews who identify as millennial a framework to share their perspectives and insights about our representation in Jewish community. Through facilitated conversation, we intend to identify ways that millennials can be better served by and included in Jewish communal leadership.
